Pricing & Offers
The Ambiance Bathroom team strives to ensure that prices and product specifications listed on our website are accurate at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to amend prices:
- To reflect any increase in suppliers’ costs or additional taxes/duties.
- To correct errors or omissions in published information, whether or not an order has been confirmed.

Where promotional offers, discount codes, or voucher promotions are used, they cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. This includes cashback, discount codes, and trade-related discounts.
Before accepting your order, if it is found that you are not eligible to use a code or you have not complied with its terms, we may cancel your order or proceed without applying the code benefits.
Percentage savings are typically based on the manufacturer’s recommended retail price (RRP) versus the current sale price. Countdown timers and promotions may operate independently of product-specific discounts.
We reserve the right to withdraw any offer, voucher, or reduced price at any time without notice.
Discount codes cannot be used on Finance orders or other finance-based payment methods. References to “Free Delivery” apply only to Free Standard Delivery.
Security
At Ambiance Bathroom, your online security is a top priority.

Delivery schedules are best estimates and may vary due to seasonal factors, weather conditions, or courier delays.
- All prices include VAT.
- Delivery charges are based on the collective weight of your order unless you request specialist arrangements.
- Our deliveries are handled by trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, or specialised pallet couriers for larger orders.
Upon dispatch, all responsibility for the order passes to the courier. Delivery instructions (e.g., “leave with a neighbour”) cannot be guaranteed.
Important Delivery Information:
- Upon arrival, you should visually inspect your delivery for obvious damage.
- You are not expected to open every box before signing, but you must notify us of any damage, fault, or missing items within 24 hours.
- Damaged goods must be reported before installation.
- Please check all products carefully before storage or installation. Damaged goods that are installed cannot be refunded or replaced.
- All damaged items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
If goods go missing during transit, we must allow 30 days for courier claims to be processed.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect shipping information entered during checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
If you fail to accept delivery on the agreed date, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.
We strongly advise against booking installers or tradesmen until you have received and inspected your goods, as we are not liable for any fitting costs, consequential losses, or compensation due to delayed deliveries.
For pallet deliveries, disposal of pallets and associated packaging is the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before dispatch or within 14 working days after the day of delivery.

Please quote your order reference number when contacting us.
We will refund the cost of the cancelled items within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. You must return the cancelled items within 7 days of receipt.
This cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or that have been personalised at your request.
Goods must be unused and returned in original packaging. Damaged goods caused while in your possession cannot be refunded.
Return postage for unwanted goods is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.
Warranty and Liability
Most products sold by Ambiance Bathroom come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties offered by manufacturers will be specified on the product details page.
- Warranty coverage excludes faults caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation.
- Installation should be carried out by qualified professionals.
Nothing in these Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may escalate the matter through an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Although we are not obligated to participate, one such provider is The Retail ADR.
General
- All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Ambiance Bathroom. A contract is formed once your order is processed and goods are dispatched.
- Title and ownership of goods transfer to you upon delivery.
- By purchasing from us, you agree not to export our goods outside mainland UK without our prior written consent.
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing changes or monitor display settings.
- Tile products and natural materials may show slight variation in color, shape, and size.
- Stock availability is not guaranteed and our website does not constitute an offer of sale.
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
The Contract and these Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Notices required under these Conditions must be sent in writing to the address provided at the time of order confirmation.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
